Unseen. Clothing + Things offers store credit or exchange only. We do not refund the original payment.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase date for store credit or exchange. Store credit does not expire.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your items must be unused, tagged, and in the same condition that you received them. Any signs of wear, wash, tags missing, or perfumes will result in a rejected store credit or exchange.
All sale items, discounted pieces, nail polish, jewelry, apothecary, hats, handbags, hair accessories, underwear, sustainable living, toys, sunglasses and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.

To exchange your product, first, email us with your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange so we can verify it is eligible for exchange or store credit. We will follow up with an email and you will mail your item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item (shipping to us and sending back). Store credit is sent via email in a form of a gift card with a barcode you can use in store or online.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
**We only allow one exchange or store credit per order as we are a small business and have limited stock in inventory.

For in store/curbisde pick up please select Pick Up at checkout for complementary in store or curbside pick up!
Shipped orders generally take 1-3 days to be fulfilled and are shipped via USPS for a $12 flat rate shipping. Tracking numbers for your order will follow once the order is sent out. Please note I am an actual human with small kids so sometimes fulfilling orders takes longer than what is stated :)
